Bride, Groom Plead Guilty To Disorderly Conduct At Reception
PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Type A bride and bridegroom who were arrested at their wedding ceremony response have got pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. They also have got paid back the set for the harm to the conga drums.
The bride, 41-year-old Fabiana Reyes, was accused of breakage the membranophones and a talker in a difference over the music at the April 5 response in Port Chester. She have been sentenced in Village Court to the six years she already spent in jail. She paid the set $1,500.
Her 42-year-old husband, Elmo Fernandez, and their 21-year-old daughter, Helen Of Troy Fernandez, who were accused of interfering with Reyes' arrest, pleaded guilty Thursday and promised to remain out of problem for a year. Both had been stun-gunned by police force during the arrests.
The girl said the couple was legally married in 1986 but delayed their Christian church wedding ceremony until last month.
